Primary Purpose: The Application is designed to collect research data for an MSc dissertation project on neurodiversity in recruitment, supervised by Dr. Nicola J. Bowman at The Open University.

Research Context: By participating in this survey, you are contributing to academic research. Your data will be used to understand experiences of neurodivergent individuals in recruitment processes.
