Alfred Anate Bodurin Mayaki is a British-Nigerian labour economist and public policy researcher whose work centres on human resource management and evidence-based policy development. His work spans applied labour market analysis, workforce planning, and the evaluation of interventions that promote inclusion and well-being at work.

Alfred holds postgraduate qualifications in Economics and has contributed to research projects hosted by The Open University and the Royal Economic Society. He is active in community initiatives and student groups.

Outside of research, Alfred supports organisations as a Human Resource Business Partner, advising on talent strategies, employee relations, and organisational development. Alfred is an avid supporter of Manchester City F.C.
